GHMC cracks down on the corrupt, terminates 27 erring engineers

Reports suggest that instead of reporting violations to section officers, the engineers allegedly demanded bribes from property owners to conceal irregularities. Taking swift action, GHMC Commissioner Ilambarithi ordered their immediate dismissal on Sunday, March 23. Officials have been directed to seize all documents, electronic gadgets, and SIM cards provided to the dismissed engineers and ensure compliance.

TTD temples in all Indian state capitals soon

TTD aims to construct temples both across India and globally, funded by donations from the Srivani Trust and a new trust to be established. A special committee will safeguard Lord Venkateswara’s assets and work towards resolving pending legal cases related to these properties. Non-Hindu employees in TTD will be removed, and temples will be constructed in all Indian state capitals. Several Chief Ministers have already approved this initiative. The board decided to reconstruct stalled temples in Andhra Pradesh.
