Hyderabad: Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR) has announced a change to its operating schedule, extending the last train departure from all terminal stations to 11:45 PM.
This adjustment will take effect from Tuesday, April 1, 2025, and will be applicable Monday to Friday, catering to the increasing commuter demand during late hours. The decision is expected to enhance convenience for passengers, particularly those with work commitments, evening plans, or travel needs that stretch beyond the previous schedule.
Student Pass Offer
In addition to the extended timings, Hyderabad Metro Rail has also prolonged the popular Student Pass Offer for another year until March 31, 2026. Under this scheme, students can pay for 20 trips and avail 30 trips, offering substantial savings and encouraging greater use of public transportation among the youth. This initiative aligns with the city’s broader goals of promoting environmental sustainability and reducing traffic congestion.
