From now on, any encroachments on government lands can be reported to the HYDRA Police Station. Based on these complaints, the HYDRA police will register cases.
The orders clarify that the HYDRA Police Station will be set up at Buddha Bhavan, with an ACP-level officer serving as the Station House Officer. The Home Department has directed the state DGP to allocate the necessary police personnel for the HYDRA Police Station.
Good News for HYDRA
The High Court has delivered a favorable judgment for HYDRA regarding Bathukamma Kunta. The petition filed by Eddla Sudhakar Reddy, claiming ownership of Bathukamma Kunta land, has been dismissed by the High Court.
In the final judgment issued today, the High Court recognized Bathukamma Kunta as a pond. The court upheld HYDRA’s actions in the restoration of the Bathukamma Kunta pond as proper. This judgment has given a significant boost to HYDRA.
Soon, HYDRA will initiate further restoration activities for the pond. According to 1962 records, Bathukamma Kunta spans an area of 14 acres and 6 guntas. However, the recent survey indicates that only 5 acres and 15 guntas of land remain.
The government, by submitting relevant documents to the court, has facilitated this favorable judgment through HYDRA’s efforts. In this context, Commissioner Ranganath honored the HYDRA legal team and revenue employees.
