Hyderabad: In a bid to encourage academic excellence among students in government schools, MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao has announced a cash reward of Rs 1 lakh for each student who achieves a perfect 10-grade point in the 10th standard examination for the academic year 2024-25. The announcement was made during the inauguration of a new computer lab at the Zilla Parishad High School in Hasmathpet, Old Bowenpally, on Monday.
The computer lab, equipped with eight computers provided by the Bright Child Foundation and Cirrus Labs, was inaugurated by MLA Krishna Rao and Corporator Muddam Narasimha Yadav. Speaking on the occasion, Krishna Rao emphasized the importance of technological education and urged students to develop their skills to reach greater heights.
The MLA praised the efforts of the Bright Child Foundation and Cirrus Labs for their support in enhancing the educational infrastructure. He specifically acknowledged the contributions of Krishna Podishetti, Venkatesh, and Prem Kumar from the organizations.
