Hyderabad: Acknowledging her outstanding achievements in Under -19 Cricket, the Chief Minister, A Revanth Reddy honoured Trisha Gongadi at his Jubilee hills residence and announced a cash reward of Rs 1 crore for her. Additionally, he declared a cash reward of Rs 10 lakh for another Telangana native and Under-19 World Cup team member, Dhruti Kesari. The Chief Minister congratulated Trisha for her remarkable performance in the Under-19 World Cup and expressed hope that she would continue to shine for the country in the future.
The Chief Minister also announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh each for the Under-19 World Cup team head coach, Naushin, and trainer, Shalini. The event was attended by Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Chief Secretary Shanti Kumari, Government Advisor Vem Narender Reddy, SATS Chairman Shivasena Reddy, and CM Secretary Shanawaz Qasim, among others.
Hyderabad Cricket Association Announces Cash Prizes for Outstanding Performers
The Apex Council of the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) has announced cash rewards to honour outstanding cricketing achievements by players and officials from Hyderabad who represented Team India and the Hyderabad team in BCCI tournaments. The players respectfully met with the Apex Council members of HCA today at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium.
In recognition of their contributions to India’s triumphant campaign in the ICC U19 Women’s World Cup, the following individuals will receive cash prizes:
G. Trisha – Rs 10 lakhs
Dhriti Kesari – Rs 5 lakhs
Nooshin Al Khadeer – Head Coach of Team India – Rs5 lakhs
Shalini – Trainer of Team India – Rs 5 lakhs
Additionally, for their remarkable performances in BCCI tournaments while representing Hyderabad, the following players will be rewarded:
Tanmay Agarwal – Highest Scorer for Hyderabad – Rs 5 lakhs
Tanay Tyagarajan – Highest Wicket-Taker in Ranji Trophy (Plate Group) and Winner of the BCCI Madhav Rao Scindia Award – Rs 5 lakhs.
