Hyderabad: In a heartfelt gesture, the Pushpa film team has announced a compensation of Rs 2 crores for the family of Revathi, who tragically lost her life in a recent incident. The compensation was collectively contributed by actor Allu Arjun, director Sukumar, and production house Mythri Movie Makers.
Details of the Compensation:
- Allu Arjun: Rs 1 crore
- Sukumar: Rs 50 lakh
- Mythri Movie Makers: Rs 50 lakh
The compensation cheques were handed over to FDC Chairman Dil Raju by Allu Aravind. Later, both Allu Aravind and Dil Raju presented the cheques to Revathi’s family members.

Allu Aravind expressed his condolences to the family and assured them of the team’s support. He mentioned that the entire team was deeply saddened by the incident and hoped that the compensation would provide some relief to the grieving family. He also updated that Sritej, who was injured in the incident, is recovering well and is expected to make a full recovery soon.
Dil Raju, speaking on the occasion, confirmed that Sritej’s recovery has been rapid since yesterday. He noted that Sritej had been off the ventilator for the past 72 hours and assured that the compensation would be utilized appropriately for the family’s benefit.
This gesture by the Pushpa team reflects their solidarity and support for those affected by the unfortunate incident, and they hope for Sritej’s speedy recovery and well-being.
